What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we do not offer installment payment options or layaway plans. However, we do occasionally run promotions or partnerships with third-party financing companies that may offer such options. Returns

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return most items within [7 days] of delivery for a full refund or exchange, and refund will be only valid if you are make full proper video at the time of opening package and any problem comes we will refund or exchange. How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a return label and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

While most items are eligible for return, there are some exceptions such as personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale. Please review our Returns Policy for a comprehensive list of non-returnable items.
